Karl Faase
Chief Executive Officer
Karl is the CEO of Olive Tree Media and he is in demand across Australia as a speaker, with a special interest in encouragement & motivation, leadership, ministry development and communicating to those exploring faith. With over 20 years of involvement in media, Karl is one of Australia’s most experienced Christian radio and television presenters, with his programs broadcast and distributed in the USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany and New Zealand. Karl is on the board of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Australia and Excelsia College.
Jane Faase
Creative Director
Jane is the Creative Director of Olive Tree Media and the Producer of Faith Runs Deep, Jesus the Game Changer and Towards Belief. Jane’s role includes the development of our print, media and web-based resources that have international influence. She has had a background in creative design and the print industry, as well as a wide involvement in Christian ministry. Jane is on the board of Empart.
Brendan Handel
Ministry Associate
Brendan Handel is an ordained Baptist Minister and has had a number of significant church leadership roles in New South Wales and South Australia. He comes to Olive Tree Media with a wealth of experience and passion for the Gospel. Brendan’s role is to assist churches with hosting gospel events and using Olive Tree Media resources for evangelism and kingdom impact.
Ainsley Freeman
Ministry Associate
Ainsley channels most of her efforts at Olive Tree Media into the areas of marketing, communications and operations. She came to this role after being part of the leadership team of a digital agency and has broad experience as a speaker and writer in both ministry and business.
Nicola Don
Business Manager
Nicola is the Olive Tree Media Business and Office Manager. After a career as a CPA, she focused for a number of years on educating her two children and serving in her local church. Her accounting, administrative and people skills support our team, churches, partners and friends.
Miah Nottage
Admin and Production Assistant
Miah is studing part-time at the University of Wollongong and works in our office part-time, assisting with admin and production. She has worked for ministries and her church before coming to Olive Tree Media and is passionate about sharing Jesus!
Board of Olive Tree Media
Olive Tree Media Limited is incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 and registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) with the purpose of advancing religion. Olive Tree Media supports the development and distribution of radio, television, DVD and other media products to assist with religious education and spiritual growth of individuals interested in the Christian faith.
An Annual Information Statement and the audited, annual financial statements of Olive Tree Media are lodged with the ACNC. Olive Tree Media is exempt from income tax and entitled to access GST and FBT tax concessions.

Previously Senior Pastor of Gymea Baptist Church, Executive Director of Arrow Leadership Australia and co-founder of the ‘Jesus. All About Life’ media campaign. Chairman of The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Australia and Samaritans Purse Australia.
David Braga – with over 30 years in financial services, and as a past CEO, David sees the need for the Gospel to be proclaimed to the ends of the earth. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a past Chair of Tara Anglican School for Girls (where he remains on the Council). He has also been involved in a variety of roles with The Crusader Union of Australia throughout his life.
Greg Hammond – Chairman of the Board of Olive Tree Media. Over 30 years’ experience as a banking and finance lawyer and former partner of King & Wood Mallesons. Chairman of Anglicare Sydney and a director of the Australian College of Theology, G&C Mutual Bank and Opportunity international Australia. Greg also serves on the governing boards of other entities within the Anglican Church of Australia.
Helen Molyneux – Marketing Manager at The Salvation Army. Experience in communications, fundraising and change management within not-for-profit organisations and faith communities. Board member of SOS Health Foundation.
Peter Murphy – with over 25 years experience in finance, management and governance, Peter is highly sought after for his expertise in financial control, investments, growth and strategic planning. He has extensive governance experience, including stints on the advisory committee of Macquarie Cleantech Fund, the Australian Committee of the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investment, and the LP Committee of Microvest. He is currently Director of Brave Pty Ltd, BaptistCare NSW & ACT and Baptist Financial Services and on the Australian Advisory Board for Impact Investing.
