About Nudge

There is a story in the Bible where the disciples ask Jesus why he tells so many stories. He tells them that not everyone is ready to understand what God is like and so His stories help open people’s eyes to see the things of God.

In one of the translations of the Bible (The Message), Jesus says
“That’s why I tell stories: to create readiness, to nudge the people toward receptive insight. In their present state they can stare till doomsday and not see it, listen till they’re blue in the face and not get it.” Matthew 13:10-13

The ministry of Olive Tree Media, through its Nudge products, hopes that people will see the “more” that God offers – to see people nudged towards discovering who Jesus is, and how He can change someone’s life here and now, and for eternity.
