This Agreement is made between Olive Tree Media Limited and the approved user, as signed below.
1. Purpose
Olive Tree Media agrees to provide the user with offline access to selected video content from the Watch+ platform for use within the user’s ministry context.
2. Permitted Use
The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- Download the content to a secure device
- Store the content for offline use
- Show the content only within their approved chaplaincy/ministry context
3. Restrictions on Use
The User agrees that they will not:
- Share, distribute, lend, sublicense, or otherwise make the content available to any third party
- Upload the content to the internet, cloud storage accessible by others, or any public or private platform (e.g. YouTube, social media, shared drives)
- Copy, reproduce, or edit the content in any way
- Use the content for commercial purposes
4. File Security and Protection
The User agrees to:
- Take all reasonable steps to protect the content from unauthorised access or distribution
- Store files only on secure, password-protected devices
- Ensure that no unauthorised persons can copy or extract the content
- Delete the content immediately if requested by Olive Tree Media
5. Ownership
All Content remains the intellectual property of Olive Tree Media.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any content to the user.
6. Duration and Termination
- Upon termination, the user agrees to delete all copies of the content
- This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by Olive Tree Media
- Olive Tree Media may revoke access at any time at its discretion
